Something I’ve been quietly working towards…🤭

This year I really wanted to challenge myself in a different way. I’ve spent years building strength, competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting, but getting genuinely FIT was something I wanted to work on.

So my running era began.

A side quest to my strength training goals.

It’s been humbling starting from scratch with something, but I’ve actually really enjoyed being a beginner again and seeing the progress week to week. 🚀

And because I'm a competitive person and love having goals to work towards...

I’ve signed up for my first HYROX! 6 weeks to go. Will share more over these weeks in the lead up 🏃‍♀️
