Custom Flagz we just did for @glamis.com_ig , PEEP THE CORNER STITCHING👀👀
Our flagz are designed to last years and have many key features to help with strength and longevity.
•Triple Layer/ Double Sided
-Our flags have double sided printing along with a third middle layer to cut light. Have you ever seen how flagz at the dunes look clear when the sun hits them? It’s unappealing and unsafe! No matter how bright the sun is our flags will have just as deep of color.
•UV Resistant
-Have you flagz faded over time from being used in the sun? Not ours! We coat the material used for our flags with the same UV coating used on commercial vendor tents that protects from sun fade!
•Material
-Our flagz are made of the same material used to make commercial canopy tents, this is where we got the idea to do the uv coating and also why our flagz are so strong. Durability is our strongpoint.
•Stitching
-one of the biggest concerns when it comes to making a durable offroad flag is durability. We use 6 stitching lines per side on our flagz(can do more) as well as 8 corner stitches. This is the best combination for durability that keeps our flagz intact for multiple seasons back to back. The tensile strength of our stitching thread is also very high, making it the best combination for durability.
•Grommets
-Our flagz are now made with our custom stainless steel grommets. These took forever to design and are the reason our flags can hold up at such high speeds.
