BISSLI PRETZEL-COATED SCHNITZEL 🥨

Schnitzel is less of a recipe, and more of a way of life. When @mikesolomonov and I were hanging around snacking on these Bissli Grill-flavored pretzels, our eyes widened at the same time and we both blurted out…”SCHNITZEL!” Within 24 hours we were pulverizing the pretzels to fine crumbs (they already had sesame seeds in them, so a win for us), setting up a standard breading station (look it up, but it’s flour, egg, breading!), and frying thin-cut chicken breast to seasoned perfection. Pretzels work really well as coating for schnitzel because, like Panko, they’re low-moisture, yielding extra crisp results. Any pretzel would work, and a flavored pretzel will take these over the edge!

FOCUS ON MYSELF !!!
.
Good morning to everyone ❤️.
Early morning at 5:30 breakfast at home and 7:30 my indoor workouts.
Now I'm in the town centre meeting my friend and having snacks.
Walking here 3 km and 3 km will be back.
Will see what happens afterwards after lunch at home !?! Usually siesta 😴30 minutes and maybe nature walking.
Hope you all are doing well 🙏 🍀 ❤️‍🩹!?!
Wishing you a beautiful day 🍀🙏❤️.
