Five months ago, I broke my C2 vertebrae in a car accident. I was told not to lift even 1 kg or I risked being paralyzed for life. I spent two months at home, barely moving. But with the guidance of my coach @saabmario, relentless discipline, and pure consistency, I came back stronger. Just five months into training again, I won the Lebanese Powerlifting Championship Sub-Junior -59kg category, at only 15 years old. Never stop believing in yourself.
