One of my favourite surf spots on the planet. While I was out there I started thinking about paddling out here for my first time 30 years ago with @acebuchan when we were 13 years old wearing helmets, thank god the wave has never changed. @sanbah_surf @rivvia.projects

I consider myself a witch! 🧙‍♀️

And I love the process of witchization that has been naturally unfolding for me in the past years.
Ayurveda actually gave me a very solid base to start working with plants and I really want to learn about the Ayurvedic properties of European plants to collect more and make healing teas, tinctures, treats, and add them to food.

I now forage nettles and raspberry leaves, coriander and fennels seeds from the garden. I make my own tea mixes, my own spice mixes, I cook with almost only whole foods. I adapt the herbs to my cycle and my inner state and I can heal most common diseases before they actually take me over with what I have in my kitchen.

I also meditate daily which is the base practice for any psychic or magic practices. I don’t really do spells (yet?) but I practice some exercises to develop my psychic abilities, it’s fun and much less complicated than I thought.

And very importantly!! I cleanse regularly. This is THE most important practice that we all lost and that is impacting our health and abilities the most (with our diet, sleep, and physical activity)
You don’t take plant medicine without doing dieta first, in all cultures there are ways to fast, sweat, and/or control the food you eat for some time to cleanse the body from the accumulated toxins and imbalances that tend to build up along the seasons. It has drastically changed my life and I won’t go back!

For me a witch is just a mostly feminine archetype of an embodied being connected to nature and to the subtle world. And I love that this has come back as something cool. Wanna be a witch with me?
