Reserve 1 cup pasta water. Melt butter, whisk in flour and cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly add evaporated milk, cream, milk and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened. Reduce heat to low and melt in 16 oz of the shredded cheese. Reserve the other 16 oz for layering. Fold in pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed to keep it extra creamy. Layer half the mac in a baking dish, add 6 oz reserved cheese, then remaining mac and 10 oz cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, then broil 1–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes. Mix flour, cornstarch and seasonings, then coat chicken thoroughly. Fry chicken at 350°F for 4–6 minutes until crispy and 165°F internally. Combine Nashville hot oil spices in a heatproof bowl. Carefully pour ½ cup hot frying oil over the spices and stir until combined. Brush or toss the fried chicken in Nashville hot oil, then pile it over the baked mac and cheese. A funny video from Kerala shows an unusual passport submitted for renewal. Instead of visa stamps, several pages were filled with handwritten phone numbers, names and household calculations. The passport reportedly belonged to an elderly man who was unaware that a family member had been using it as a personal diary. The unexpected discovery left social media users laughing, with many joking that the passport had become a complete phonebook. The video originally went viral in November 2023 and has resurfaced online. While many found the incident hilarious, others pointed out that a passport is an important official document and should be handled carefully. DISCLAIMER: This is an older viral video. The passport renewal story is based on social media accounts, and the officer's reaction has not been independently confirmed.
