#kablar #vidikovackablar #skywalkkablar #staklenividikovac #ovcarskokablarskaklisura
Same bodyweight, different levels of fullness. You can still make progress during contest prep! LEFT: September 24 – 176.4 lbs (80 kg). Fully loaded, the evening before the @mrolympiallc RIGHT: November 4 – 176.4 lbs (80 kg). Morning after just one carb-loading day, 4 days out from @romania_muscle_fest_pro Arms have been a constant priority ever since the Olympia, without neglecting back development.

If you are a parent who feels stuck shopping for your adult children, I have a gift guide for you (created by all of us). I took all the DMs recently shared with me of great ideas parents have given their adult children as well as what folks wished their parents would give them and put it into one big gift guide. It. Is. Awesome. 👉Comment parents (I should have chosen a better word, but just run with it) and I’ll send you alllll the ideas. (Also, feel free to save this post or send it to your parents who might need some inspiration!)
🐄🎃 Mommy: “Teddy, wear the cow costume.” Teddy: “Bet.” Also Teddy: “You’re wearing one too.” 🤭🐾 Since Mommy loves putting me in costumes all year, I thought it was only fair. *”What the hell?
