Every Friday we meet for donation-based yoga classes @soulfarm.algarve. All contributions go to people in Palestine.
Yoga is not separate from the world. It teaches truth, non harming, and care, values that call us to act when others are suffering. Our practice does not end at the mat, and our care does not stop at borders. We practice together to resist silence, to stand in solidarity, and to support collective liberation.
This month all donations will go to the @lemontree_collective
The main project is based in Gaza, where the Lemon Tree Collective is currently providing food aid to 103 families affected by poverty and hunger, and regularly organizing access to clean drinking water in refugee camps.
Message @oliveira.collective.aljezur to join as we have limited spots!
We hope to see you and share this space ❤️
