Who are you becoming?
do you portray anyone?? - Samuel Bang

A percussion quartet exploring who we’ve been, who we are, and who we’re becoming.
Inspired by the quote: “The you of yesterday needs the present you to keep the promise of the future you.”
Through interwoven rhythms and shifting textures, the piece reflects the tension of self-growth — moments of clarity, conflict, and change.

Directed by Caleb Chong
Performed by Briley Patterson, Martin Mendez Higuera, Alexander Dyer, David Oosse
Choreography by Jairius Poole, with Kayla Forbes & Cory Zoeller
Audio: Joseph Tesoro
Produced by Samuel Bang & Caleb Chong

Filmed at Harmony Farm (Perry, KS), UMKC.

Special thanks to Dr. Paul Rudy and Sandbox Percussion for their support.
