Technically this post will not be about zcoupe but, my next post will be coming soon on whats new with my car. This is my moms new 2007 328i she bought and not even 2 weeks, only 9 days, after while driving there a rural area a deer came out of no where and damaged pretty much the entire front drivers side, and cracked the radiator. Thankfully both the fenders were intact. This car only has 50k miles on the dash and was well maintained by its singular pervious owner. Since I had previously repaired my past cars I volunteered to do all the labor to put it back on the road again and Zcoupe, for her to drive to work about 10 minutes away to work in the meantime. Mostly everything was sourced from eBay, besides the radiator. The bumper was the only large part from eBay that actually arrived, the hood and radiator support where thanks to Facebook market place! After getting it all paint matched I stayed up until midnight messing with all the trim pieces and body gaps, I needed up taking off and putting the bumper on 4 times trying to get every last bit the way it was before the deer decided to cross that street. All in all I saved my mom a bunch of money and time taking less than a month even with all the refunded orders and returned parts.
