I am sharing this because, for the last couple of weeks/days/hours/minutes especially, I have been struggling to say the very least for a few reasons. With what? My mental health. It took a MASSIVE dip, and I barely cry when I am struggling in this way. I was crying last night. I decided to take a break from Instagram for a little while, but something in me wanted to open the app and see what was going on. I clicked on this Icon's story, and watch this very clip. You are doing a good job - I never think I do. You are seen and heard - Usually never, but in that particular moment, I did feel seen and heard. I think because I was listening to someone who inspires me every day, say these words. You are loved. I do feel that, now.
I'm so glad I stayed. Jennifer, you helped me last night. I am here. Thank you. Because I opened the app and saw your story. Without knowing it, you have helped so many people who were feeling the same as me. We are forever in your debt. 🥰
