🚨 CHAAYOS — WE WELCOME YOUR APOLOGY. NOW PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ACCOUNT! Dear @chaayos, @raghavverma1 @salujanitin and the entire management, We appreciate your public apology this morning. However, we strongly dispute your claim that 20 of your team members found the cat. ALI, a member of MY TEAM, spotted the cat in my presence, in Purnima ji’s presence and with Chaayos staff present. Ali then called your staff member to identify the cat. Your team’s participation does not justify taking credit for finding her. Verify your facts before publishing your version on social media. An apology must come with an accurate account. Had she remained missing, I would have pursued every available legal avenue to seek justice for her. There is another serious incident your management must address: during the search, your manager Naim presented another similar-looking cat as the relocated cat. Local feeders identified that she was a different cat. We then had to take that second cat back to the place she had been picked up from. Why was another cat removed from her location? Who authorised this? Your apology must address this incident too. We are relieved that the original cat is safe and has been adopted. That happy outcome does not erase what happened. CORRECT THE RECORD. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. ENSURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. Happy birthday to my one and only, Idris. ❤️ I write these messages because when I am long gone, I need you to know and understand how much I love you. Watching you grow tall and grow up is the singular most important accomplishment in my life. I grew up without a Father so, when I found out you were on the way, I was nervous but elated. You have given me so many reasons to keep pushing forward. Just know, everything that I do in these moments are for you. I love you beyond anything you or I could comprehend. You are the reason for the season and I am so proud of who you are becoming. I look back at all of our memories and I pray that you and I will always be in sync. I love you to every galaxy, all of the heavens, and back. -DAD.
My 15 yr old self would be screaming rn
Can you actually improve bone density after 50? Yes, but your bones need the right kind of stimulus, and that doesn’t mean you should immediately start jumping! Walking is excellent for your health, but walking alone may not provide enough additional loading to significantly improve bone density. The key is introducing impact gradually, at a level your body can tolerate. Here’s how you can work toward it: 1. Seated foot taps: A starting point to prepare for more challenging movements. These aren’t meant to build bone density themselves. 2. Heel drops: Begin introducing controlled impact through your lower body. 3. Small jumps: Gradually increase the loading as your body adapts. 4. Lateral jumps: Introduce changes in direction and different loading patterns. 5. Jump rope: Progress toward more repetitive impact when you’re ready. Research suggests jumping exercises can help improve bone mineral density, particularly at the hip. A research review examined programs averaging approximately 50 jumps per session, four days per week. But that’s NOT where everyone should start! And don’t overlook strength training. Progressive resistance exercises are another important component of maintaining and improving bone health. If you have osteoporosis, a history of fractures, or balance concerns, consult your healthcare professional before introducing jumping exercises. The goal isn’t to do more impact immediately. It’s to build your capacity gradually. Save this for your bone health routine! #BoneDensity #BoneHealth #WomenOver50 #HealthyAging #StrengthTraining
