@louismarting is bringing the Charente-Maritime vibes up in Brussels for a one day pop-up lunch.
Mussels will be served along with smashed and fried Grenaille potatoes (tbh Louis was scared to compete with the Belgian fries… understandable).
We’ll start serving mussels and pouring wines at 11am. Come after a walk around marché de Flagey or straight from your bed, we won’t judge you!
