Today I celebrate the best dad that he is! I celebrate the man that raised 5 children without breaking a sweat. I celebrate the good times, bad ones & the best ones. Today I celebrate the man that didn’t abandon us or run from responsibilities when it got hard. I celebrate a man that didn’t place his selfish human interests, hobbies or ambition over the wellbeing & nurturing of his family. I celebrate a man that placed God first above all else all his life.
I celebrate 65 years of God’s unending faithfulness & love in the life of my dad. I’ve been his daughter only 30 years but I salute my dad for all the sacrifices, paying unending bills, showing up despite his busy schedule, days & nights of many many prayers, serving God wholeheartedly & most importantly, for being a dad in all sense of the word.
