🍗 Stew + Jerk Chicken

They bake HEAVY + the fresh juices go CRAZY:

So many islands with good food besides Jamica, dominican, Puerto Ricans? Or Now Haitians (that's me) There are more than 7,000 islands in the Caribbean, which are organized into 13 independent sovereign countries. Lets try it all and not just have 3 or 4 represent all of the Carib.
