Hi!! I’m @sierra.aaliyah , and I started Rooted in Faith in February of 2024 as an online zoom bible study group. 🌱
Over the last year and some I have honestly , really began to understand the importance of where you are rooted in. As someone who has been super on fire for God, and then on the opposite side of being in the world (I mean in the crust of the earth) , I understand roots are important. Everything grows from the root .
Colossians 2:7 says , Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
I pray through this community whether in person events, or online bible study, or just through chats — we can all grow our roots deeper into Him. It’s hard to do this walk alone so I pray that here you won’t have to. It’s not about me, or you, but Him!
