Introduction time! 👋🏼

Hello my loves. For those that don’t know me my name is Skye, and I’m a freelance makeup artist of over 17 years from LA who recently moved to Boise, Idaho. I have a 9 month old baby girl and moved for a better life for her in a beautiful place we now call home.

I got my start in makeup as an artist at the @maccosmetics counter where I learned so much from my peers. I had the honor of training with celebrity makeup artist @johnstapleton who has worked with stars like Pamela Anderson, Kelly Osbourne and Sienna Miller as well as @gregoryarlt whose worked for celebs like Gwen Stefani and Dita Von Teese. I wouldn’t have found my confidence and passion for this industry if it weren’t for these people!

My niche is focusing on the natural features of each person that sits in my chair. Not hiding it with all that contour honey! I want to make people feel something and have an experience with me while I do their makeup, and leave feeling like the baddie they already exude inside. It’s always a special moment to witness that energy shift.

I’m looking forward to what the future holds here in Boise, essentially starting anew. Especially for my baby girl and showing her that women are powerful, beautiful and unique and we can do it all!
