Monday: upper body push
Tuesday: fully body (upper bias)
Wednesday: upper body pull
Thursday: lower body (my fav)
Friday: arms & core
Saturday: fully body (lower bias)

🍳 The nutrition:
Week 1 we will focus on AWARENESS 👏 this includes challenges like chewing food 50% slower, screen free meals and more
