31 October 2025, 6:30pm .. You took your last breathe and left us. News started to spread & eventually we were informed of your passing. We were all truly in shock. A sense of grief filled my heart and it took me 2 days to shake off the feeling.

You were given the name/title of “Mother” to us, cause thats what you are to us. Someone who nags a lot & was strict on some things but actually, also very warm & loving.

Time felt so short with you. You were just getting started again. Hence, you started back HHM with us as your new batch of models, and for that, I am truly grateful to you, mother. Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to be able to “debut” myself as a plus size model. Under your guidance and all the other seniors like Dr Phat, Kak Riri & Jiji, I am able to do what I never thought I could.

I will never forget your cheers when we do something right.
“THERE YOU GO!!” … “HOLD IT HOLD IT” … “FABULOUS!!”

And your loving words to us “Love you bb girl!” .. even your last 2 messages to me was “lebiu bb girl” and I was so excited to talk about our catwalk at Pavilion. Sadly that was our last conversation.

I’ll miss your hypes and cheers when we’re on stage.

I’m very honoured to have taken your last photoshoot with you, after you trasitioned. Honoured to have witness it and you were looking so strong and beautiful.

Once again, THANK YOU “MOTHER” @sue_ellen_hosey , for everything. Rest now in heaven. No more pain, no more struggle. Just peace. I’ll drop by your new home to see you when I’m in ipoh ok 🥹 love you 🤍
