Working in farming can include a large amount of stress, and suicide rates within the agricultural sector are two to three times higher than any other industry. Combined with intersectional identities from minority populations facing political scrutiny, the suicide rates for LGBTQ+ people working in farming is even higher.

This Christmas, there are few more magical places to spend the season than inside Broadwell Manor, the floral-themed Cotswolds manor house of writer and Gardeners’ World presenter Rachel de Thame. With fires roaring in the grates and the scent of paperwhites mingling with the earthy aroma of Christmas evergreens, the house feels warm and welcoming. Rachel’s intuitive approach to decorating and instinctive eye for style mean that nothing jars as foraged foliage brings the interiors to life.

‘For me, it’s about being sensitive to the place,’ she says. ‘I’m very unprecious about it. I don’t want to fight the house or impose ourselves on it, I want it to feel easy. It’s a house that needs to be lived in, scuffs and all.’ As Christmas unfolds, Rachel decorates with stems and branches gathered from the garden and countryside. ‘When it’s cold and people are hunkering down, I go out and forage from the garden and hedgerows, which gets me outside again. As I get older, I want less. Just having the foliage, that fresh greenery, brings joy.’

On November 1st my uncle passed away due to septic shock in the lungs while in the hospital the reports were not printed and the excuse given was server issue since 3 days.

Even the bill was not properly addressed with clarity - there were manipulations seen in the billing which was refuted by the staff as a mistake later . 50k was the charge for an external doctor - later only to find out the doctor was not an external .
There was extra charges being added in the billing which was not aligning with what they earlier claimed about the external doctor .
Only after mentioning that the scam will be notified to the government officials and steps will be taken in political direction- bill was later reduced from 1.8 lakh to 50k . So kindly be aware of such scams!!

Would say it is very inhumane when it is a hard time for a family is being taken advantage of while they still greiving a loss .
