The plot of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley follows siblings Andrew and Ashley Graves, who are confined to their apartment during a quarantine and slowly starving. After their neighbor’s failed demonic ritual, they resort to cannibalism for food. They later discover the quarantine is a hoax for an organ harvesting operation and must escape, which involves murder and other violent acts, leading them down different paths based on the player’s choices.
