My first year, well months as a educator have been challenging, frustrating, and very trying at times. It's been such a transition for me to go from a Sr. Level Technology Professional into Education as a novice. But this plate is a reminder that you're seen and appreciated far more than you may believe. I truly believe that God places you in new environments and situations to build endurance and strength, both things I've prayed for over myself this year.

If you needed a reminder or sign, this is it to keep going. You are seen, valued, and appreciated. Stay resilient and always remember that God's plan for you is something you'll never have to worry about.
