Another EPIC NIGHT UPLOADING 🔥 #19th❗️#VAULTTLYFE

Tia Kemp has something to say to 50 cent after he went to court today on zoom.

$For years now I’ve picked coffee over pre-workout for the caffeine, taste and antioxidants, though sometimes I’ll take a stim-free pre-workout for the tingles and the placebo. Most of what a pre-workout does for your training comes from the caffeine. You can get that from coffee for a fraction of the price. Some terms and conditions apply: * Dose: A cup of coffee has roughly 80 to 120 mg of caffeine, while many pre-workouts have 200 to 300 mg. * The link between coffee and living longer comes mostly from observational data. * Some pre-workout ingredients (citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine) do have evidence behind them. They’re often underdosed or hidden in proprietary blends, though. Also, some, like creatine and beta-alanine, also only work when taken consistently to build up muscle stores. That said, if you enjoy your pre-workout and it’s third-party tested, there’s nothing wrong with using it before some of your sessions, just be aware that it’s caffeine doing the heavy lifting.$
