To celebrate, we revisit the BBC documentary Boss Woman (2000), which offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at Wintour as she oversees the production of American Vogue. Filmed during the creation of the magazine’s February issue, the documentary follows her from the Vogue offices in New York to the couture shows in Paris, capturing the demanding world of fashion publishing, her editorial decision-making and the people working alongside her, including then-Vogue writer Plum Sykes. Directed by Christine Hall for BBC1. #annawintour #fashiondocumentary #fashionmagazines #2000sfashion #vogueusa
