At 20, I worried about gaining weight. At 61, I refuse to lose another moment worrying about being enough. ✨
Here are my 6 CONFIDENCE REMINDERS:
1️⃣ WEAR IT NOW. The sparkles, the short dress, the heels. You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy what’s in your wardrobe.

2️⃣ STOP PUTTING YOUR LIFE ON HOLD. Five kilos lighter, a little more toned, a little more confident… You deserve beautiful experiences exactly as you are today.

3️⃣ CHANGE THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELF. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, stop saying it to the woman in the mirror.

4️⃣ LET PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OPINIONS. Someone will always think you’re too loud, too dressed up or too old. You can hear their opinion and still choose differently.

5️⃣ PRACTISE BEING SEEN. Take the photo. Walk into the room. Share your idea. Confidence grows when you give yourself a chance to try.

6️⃣ MAKE ROOM FOR MORE JOY. Dance even if nobody joins you. Say yes to an adventure. Spend time with people who make you forget to check your phone.

At 61, I still have insecure moments. But they no longer get to decide what I wear or how much fun I have. 💃✨

💬 What’s something you feel more confident about now than you did at 20?

✅ SAVE this for a day when self-doubt gets a little too loud.

🔁 SHARE it with a woman you’d love to see shine.

🇺🇸⚡️🗳️ ABŞ-da keçirilən 2026-cı il ara seçkilərində demokratalar böyük qələbə qazanıblar.

❌ Seçicilər prezident Donald Trampın siyasətinə və respublikaçılara qarşı güclü etiraz nümayiş etdiriblər.

🏠 Demokratalar həm Senata, həm də Nümayəndələr Palatasına nəzarəti ələ keçiriblər.

👉 Onlar Texas, Cənubi Karolina, Şimali Karolina, Ohayo və Kanzas kimi ənənəvi respublikaçı ştatlarda tarixi qələbələr qazanıblar.

💰 Seçicilərin əksəriyyəti yüksək qiymətlər, ölkənin istiqaməti və hökumət korrupsiyasından narazı olduqlarını bildiriblər.

👉 Bu nəticələr Trampın ikinci müddətinin son iki ili üçün ciddi siyasi zərbə hesab olunur.

❓Sizcə, Tramp yaddaşlarda necə qalacaq?

Cricketing superstar Glenn Maxwell has now retired from international cricket after a 14-year Australian career marked by explosive batting and all-round prowess. Notable for two ODI World Cup wins (2015, 2023) and a T20 title (2021), his career highlight was an unbeaten 201 against Afghanistan in the 2023 World Cup.

A news report in India Today stated that, struggling with injuries, Maxwell retired from ODIs in 2025 and was dropped from Australia's central contract ahead of 2026-27. His last international match was in February 2026, though he continues in T20 franchise leagues.💔🥹
