Congratulations to my athlete @m0nashariat for stepping on the bodybuilding stage for the very first time and truly owning it!

Mona earned **TOP 3 across all five classes** she competed in:

🥇 1st Place — Masters 40+
🥈 2nd Place — Open B & Masters 35+
🥉 3rd Place — Novice & True Novice

Our journey together began in March when Mona came to me with one goal: to compete.

I told her that if we wanted to step on stage with a truly competitive physique, we needed to prioritize a growth phase first and build a solid foundation before beginning prep. And that is exactly what we did.

I am incredibly proud of her for stepping outside her comfort zone and challenging herself in a way that transformed not only her physique, but also her lifestyle.

Her discipline, dedication, and determination throughout this journey have been truly admirable.

As a coach, I couldn’t be happier or prouder of the package we brought to the stage for her very first show. I believe she presented a beautiful, competitive physique that aligned with the Fit Model criteria, and seeing all her hard work come together on stage was incredibly rewarding.

Mona, I am SO proud of you. This is only the beginning my girl! 🙌🏽✨❤️‍🔥
And we’re not done yet! Mona is already off to her second show, taking the stage again in just 10 days🔥
