Hard to lose a game when you don’t allow a run 🤷
How about that Bandits pitching in their first win of the year? Brisbane’s arms combined for 9.0 shutout innings, allowing just five hits and two walks across nine innings.
Here’s how each arm got it done:
🇦🇺 Jon Kennedy – Set the tone on Saturday with 3.0 scoreless in his Bandits debut, allowing just two hits with 2 K.
🇦🇺 Sam Holland – Took over Sunday and matched it: 3.0 shutout, two hits, 2 K, zero walks.
🇦🇺 Luke Krkovski – The returning college lefty tossed a perfect seventh.
🇦🇺 Matt Beattie – Recorded a key out to bridge the gap in the eighth.
🇺🇸 Tyler Jeans – The American independent-ball import came in with traffic, induced a huge double play on one pitch in the eighth, then slammed the door in the ninth to lock down the win.
Clinical 💪
