CVS Health plans to split into two separate public companies by the first half 2028, in what would be one of the largest corporate splits in history, the company announced Wednesday. The move would reverse the company’s massive $78 billion acquisition of its insurer, Aetna, and dismantle the vertically integrated healthcare conglomerate it created in 2018. The plan would specifically separate CVS’s roughly 9,000 retail pharmacies from its major insurance business and pharmacy benefit manager, Caremark, one of the nation’s three largest PBMs. The decision follows a “comprehensive strategic review” by the company’s board of directors, according to a release. Laal rang ki shaam, aur mehfil ke naam! ♥️✨ Colour, culture and couture with a cause! So proud and happy to walk for my friend @sseemasinghh at @bombaytimesfashionweek. Congratulations on a stunning collection that celebrates and supports Indian artisans. ♥️
My kind of Bali trip: a $30 a night stay and no rush to be anywhere. Anyone else love traveling somewhere new and pretending you live there? A supermarket run, brunch back at my place, a little pool time, then a ride out for sunset dinner. That’s my kind of travel day. I originally planned to spend a week in Uluwatu, but the room prices were higher than I wanted to pay. I ended up finding an Airbnb in Pecatu, and the Uluwatu spots I wanted to visit were an easy Gojek ride away. I only booked three nights at first, but liked it so much I stayed for a full week 🤍 I love exploring, but I don’t need every day to be a sightseeing day. 🍽️ Malini Uluwatu Book ahead, especially if you’re going for sunset. I’d definitely go back. #balitrip #uluwatubali #uluwatustay #balilife
