We’ve all made excuses at one point in our lives and pushed off our health goals, including the clients in this post.

“I’ll start after the holidays.”
“I don’t have the time or the energy to work out and eat right.”
“I just love food too much; I’ll never be skinny.”
“Nothing ever works for me.”

What sets the people in these photos apart from others is that, despite having doubts, fears, and guilt, they chose to take action.

To put themselves first.

Many of them got to where they were because they spent years prioritizing everyone else over themselves. They lived for their kids, their partner, their boss, and lost who they were in the process.

Their turning point was making that decision to invest in themselves despite the uncertainty.

There will never be “the right time.” Life will continue to throw you curveballs, and if you wait, you’ll be in the same position, maybe even worse, a year from now.

Right now you’re stuck in this all-or-nothing mindset. You’re either 100% all in or 100% all out.

If those are the two modes you operate in, you’ll either:

1. Make no progress at all.
2. Burn out before you even see the progress you want.

And then you repeat that cycle all over again.

Through the program, these people realized a few things:

🔓 You don’t need a lot of time to lose fat and build a body you’re proud of. In fact, the goal of a good system is to maximize the results in the shortest amount of time possible.

🔓 You can eat your favorite foods and make progress on your fitness goals. Actually, including these things in your plan is how you build a healthy relationship with food.

🔓 Rigid and strict plans never work because life is unpredictable. You need systems and plans that are flexible enough to adapt to different situations.

🔓 And nothing ever worked for them because those things weren’t built FOR them.

All of this starts with one thing: you need to take ACTION.

To choose YOU.

This isn’t another diet, this is about getting your life back.
