What’s inside our Yeast Protein Cocoa?

Just three ingredients:

Yeast protein isolate
Cocoa powder
Stevia

That’s it! No unnecessary fillers, no added colours, and no fancy claims like “gut-friendly” or “no bloating” to convince you to buy something you don’t need.

Why did we launch yeast protein? It provides all the essential amino acids found in whey at a more affordable price compared to whey and could be a good alternative for those who don’t enjoy the taste of plant protein.

Our Yeast Protein Cocoa is finally HERE! It’s now available on the Only What’s Needed website and app. Link in bio!

Merci, Paris! ❤️🍷🇫🇷

Last time I was in Paris, I promised myself that next time we’d come back to play a show with @noapology_official here. And we actually made it happen! 🤘

Paris is especially photogenic in the fall, so enjoy this photo dump!

Hard to keep this one a secret..

Day 2 of 5 unhinged things I do to run my home like a business. 😂📋

We hold weekly board meetings.

Because when you have eight people living under one roof, six kids, approximately 34 different schedules, and a household to manage, you can’t just hope everyone knows what’s going on.

We have individual employee meetings, executive leadership meeting with the President (my husband 😂), CEO meeting (just me and the attendance is always excellent), and all-staff meeting.

We review performance, discuss upcoming commitments, address concerns, set goals, and make sure everyone knows what’s expected of them.

Is it a little ridiculous? Absolutely.

Does it work? Also absolutely.

But here’s the thing: I don’t believe running an organized home means doing everything yourself. It means creating systems that allow everyone to contribute, communicate, and take ownership.

And that’s exactly what I’m trying to teach my kids.

Because ultimately, I’m not just raising children. I’m raising future adults who need to know how to manage their own lives.

📋 Want to hold your own family board meetings?

I’ve created FOUR FREE printable meeting agendas to help you get started!

Comment BOARD and I’ll send you the link!

And follow along for more unhinged things I do to run my home like a business. We’ve got three more days of corporate nonsense coming. 😂
