realized i hadnt shared a clip of me spinning my dragon on fire in over a year ! this clip is from june, but last month hit 2 years since i picked up a dragon staff for the first time. never dreamed that <6 months later i’d be spinning one on fire. and since then ive played with contact staff, levi wand, fans, palm torches, hollow torches, rope dart, hoops, triads, etc! i have found endless amounts of joy in this beautiful community of movement and exploration and have never found a hobby so deeply therapeutic to me.

the fire is a fun extra touch, but the movement, community, and ability to ground and challenge myself is the fun part :3 i have always viewed myself as uncoordinated and risk-averse, and it is fun to learn things i didnt realize my body was capable of and face some of my fears (in a responsible manner :P). thank u to all my friends who support me in my silly little dancey adventures and im excited to keep learning & playing around. i feel very grateful
