Sure sure, Turkey et al was great —and so fun to have the kids up to share it with us, but the Thanksgiving miracle was two loaves of delicious Stottie bread!
I tweaked the normal recipe to be GF using @caputoflour flour (responsible for the miracle) and psyllium husks (wingman to the flour) and a tad more water and OH MY GOODNESS! It worked!!!
A northern England sandwich bread that did NOT need to be toasted to be palatable. A miracle indeed! #glutenfreebread #caputoflour Have you used/heard of this flour before? (#newtome)

Omg recipe pls! We have been in want of bread for ages and missed it this holiday. I have caputo and psyllium at the ready!!
