I love dystopian stories so much!!!

Coldwire is set in an advanced future where people live most of their lives in a virtual reality that is almost the exact copy of the real world. NileCorp is the company that monopolizes this and they are also the main law enforcement of the country Atahuan.

The story follows Eriale, a soldier for NileCorp, and Lia, a cadet from Nile Academy. Having two separate POVs did expand the world of both virtual and real. I enjoyed Eirale’s POV a little bit more just because she was with people who wanted to take down an evil corporation and the government.

Coldwire had a nice beginning, then it felt a little slow in the middle, and then around eighty percent it really grabbed my attention. The plot twist was nice and kinda surprising. I had my suspicions but when stuff was revealed it was a very satisfying experience for me.

I cannot wait for the next book because this one ended on a cliffhanger just when things were starting to get good!!!
