Last 4 years haven’t been the easiest. Uncertainty, heartbreak, hardship- i felt helpless, hopeless and alone. It felt like I had no control over many important parts of my life and that is one of the hardest feelings- the one that truly tests your perseverance. But trust me when I say this- god truly puts you through hardship to build you into the person you are meant to be. Only through suffering, will you be able to prove the man you say you want to be. It does get better if you don’t give up, if you keep pushing forward and stay persistent. I have a long way go, many things to learn, so much room to grow. I am just a girl with a lot of love for this sport and life. What a beautiful blessing from god to have a purpose and a mountain of work to climb. Truly blessed and eternally grateful.
