Ready to stop blaming yourself? 😔 what did you hear growing up?

I had to learn too and that feeling of paralysis isn’t laziness. It’s a result of being given a script or a language that only says “keep”. 💛

No one ever taught you that letting go is safe (it’s not your parents fault) things were just different back then.

Let this be your “aha” moment as a critical step toward mental AND physical freedom by finally learning the simple tools your nervous system needs. I got ya. ✨

You are safe here and I’ve got the tools that can rewire your brain with permission.

🫶 I want to hear all of the lines you heard growing up like “what if” “maybe you’ll” “that was expensive” or “your grandma gave that to you”. We all heard the same things…let’s compare.🫢

I think it’s a fear-based response to keep things we “might” need.

That’s cuz they had attics, basements and their parents’ house to store things in. Me trying to fit all the same stuff into an apartment, lol…
