Do your knees cave in when you squat or lunge?

Knee collapse (also called valgus) isn’t just a knee issue, it’s a full-body chain reaction.
When your arches flatten, or your glutes and deep rotators don’t engage, your knees rotate inward to find stability.

Over time, this can lead to pain, joint stress, or inefficient movement patterns that make training feel harder than it should.

✅ Try this:
Next time you squat or lunge, press evenly through your big toe, pinky toe, and heel 🦶your tripod foot.
That small change can help re-engage your hips, align your knees, and instantly improve stability.

Like I always say, the body moves as one connected system.
When you fix the foundation, everything above it realigns.

💬 Drop a question below or share this with a friend whose knees always cave in at the gym.
I’ll personally guide you on how to restore better alignment and control.
