Corn starch = long chains of glucose = fuel like sugar or wood.
But normally as a solid lump, it doesn’t burn easily.
When you spray it:
• The corn starch particles become extremely tiny
• They mix with oxygen in the air
• Surface area increases hundreds of times

More surface area + oxygen = burns very fast.
