[SAVE + SHARE] How to actually make the most of your PTO in 2026
PSA: Take alllll your vacation days — you deserve them, period. Here’s how to stretch 15 PTO days into 47 days off without asking for a miracle:
Jan 1–5: 5 days (2 PTO) — New Year’s
Jan 17–20: 4 days (1 PTO) — MLK Day long weekend
Feb 14–17: 4 days (1 PTO) — Presidents’ Day weekend
May 23–26: 4 days (1 PTO) — Memorial Day weekend
Jun 18–21: 4 days (1 PTO) — Juneteenth
Jul 3–6: 4 days (1 PTO) — Fourth of July weekend
Sep 4–7: 4 days (1 PTO) — Labor Day weekend
Oct 9–12: 4 days (1 PTO) — Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend
Nov 21–29: 9 days (4 PTO) — Thanksgiving
Dec 24–28: 5 days (2 PTO) — Christmas
Tip: This is for U.S. holidays, but the concept works anywhere — plan your PTO around holidays + weekends and watch your “vacation days” multiply. ✨
Remember: PTO isn’t just a perk — it’s your right. Don’t leave those days on the table, girl
