Most goals sound reasonable… and still fall flat.

I’ve chosen goals like:

• Eating ā€œbetterā€ during the week
• Cutting back on snacks after dinner
• Being more mindful with portions
• Planning meals ahead so I don’t wing it
• Trying to stop eating when I’m not hungry

None of those were bad goals.

They just asked for consistency I didn’t yet have on real-life days.

They worked when I was rested, motivated, and ahead of the week.

And they fell apart when I was tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally maxed out.

That’s the part we don’t plan for.

Smaller goals don’t sound impressive.
But they work with your actual life instead of against it.

That’s what makes or breaks whether a goal survives past January.

If you have a goal to tackle overeating after years of goals that failed you, how you choose that goal will matter more than how motivated you feel. If you want my fail proof system, comment RESET and I’ll send it to you.
