still wishful: to sustain, unfurl, flow, root, & be.

the aerial roots of my pothos curl around my being

they try to sustain me
take me into their ecosystem

i no longer have limbs that in pain curl
but roots that in lightness unfurl

i no longer keep posture
but flow

in the root-twined interplay
of our being

i too, root.
