It's Election Day in America, and the outcome of these midterms could profoundly change the direction of the country. Right now, Republicans hold a slim majority in both houses of Congress. But President Donald Trump's low approval rating has given Democrats hope that they can flip the balance of power. For Democrats to take control of the Senate, they will need to pick up four Republican-held seats while holding onto all their own. For Democrats to regain the House majority, they need to gain three seats. More than 55 million ballots were cast before Election Day, with early voting well ahead of the pace set in 2022’s midterms. Democrats are looking to retake control of Congress this midterm election. Former Obama Chief of Staff and former U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel join Stephanie Ruhle to discuss the corruption in the Trump administration and to break down what Democrats need to do if they were to come out victorious tonight. #news #politics #midterms2026
You’ll definitely get invited to the thanksgiving with this mac and cheese recipe 😏🥵🔥🧀 Ingredients: * (1 box) Cavatappi noodles * 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese * 1 lb mozzarella cheese * 1 lb Colby Jack cheese * 1 package Butterkäse cheese * 1 stick unsalted butter * 6 tbsp all-purpose flour * 1 tbsp paprika * 1 tbsp garlic salt * Black pepper and salt, to taste * 1 tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon powder * ¼ cup whipped cream cheese * 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk * 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream * 1 cup whole milk Instructions: 1. Cook your pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, melt your butter and add your seasonings. Let the spices bloom in the butter to release their flavors. 3. Add your flour and whisk everything together to create a roux. Cook down the flour for 1–2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste. 4. Slowly pour in your evaporated milk and heavy cream, whisking continuously until smooth. 5. Add your whipped cream cheese and stir until fully incorporated. 6. Gradually add ⅔ of your shredded cheese, stirring over low heat until melted. Add your whole milk as needed to loosen the sauce. 7. Always taste test and adjust your seasonings as needed! 8. Once your cheese sauce is thick, silky, and smooth, fold in your cooked noodles and mix until evenly coated. 9. Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the remaining ⅓ of your shredded cheese. 10. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then broil for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy! 🤎

Dr. Umar has something to say after the Democrats’ big election wins! He took to social media to share a message with the Blk community, raising questions about politics, voting and what these victories actually mean for our community But is he making some valid points, or do y’all see things differently? 👀💭 What’s your take on his message?
