I’m a little rusty! But flexibility comes back quite quickly if practiced daily. I now do grandma in the park movements every morning for the fascia and lymphatic system and then mobility drills. I’ll post them for my fans you know where in a different ‘outfit’ for my Self-Care November theme. I’m looking forward to see how I feel in my body after several months cause I know they’re the kind of practices that keep on giving the more you do them. It’s not easy for me to motivate myself everyday so I schedule days off and I waited to find a routine that just felt really good both during and after and that doesn’t feel too long or too draining. On hard days I just skip completely or reduce everything by half so then it’s super quick and easy. What’s your go to kind of workout?
