I hate cold water. Today I decided to push my boundaries a little by taking a cold plunge in a sea pool in Helsinki. To complicate matters it was snowing and the temperature was well below freezing of course. We did the plunge at @allaspool ! Before jumping into the cold sea pool we first warmed up in the sauna of course. We took a total of 3 cold swims and each time it seemed to be easier though it didn’t take long before I felt the urge to get out again. Will I do it again? I like to think so.
