Dictionary.com’s Words of the Year over the past decade trace a shift from political anxiety to internet-driven slang. The 2016 pick was xenophobia, followed by complicit in 2017, misinformation in 2018, and existential in 2019 . The pandemic year of 2020 brought pandemic, with lookups spiking over 13,500% on the day the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic . Allyship won in 2021, woman in 2022 after a senator asked a Supreme Court nominee to define the word, and hallucinate in 2023 in its AI sense . The 2024 winner was demure, boosted by Jools Lebron’s viral TikToks, and 2025’s pick was 67, a Gen Alpha slang term . The most recent selection, announced in October 2026, is maxxing, short for maximizing and used as a suffix for going all out on something.

The rich almost never sell what they own, and that one habit keeps them rich for generations. 💰♟️

When most people need cash, they cash out. Sell, pay the tax, spend what’s left. The wealthy do the opposite.

Instead, they borrow against their assets. Their stocks, property and company shares stay invested and keep growing, while loans against them pay for their lifestyle. In many countries, borrowed money isn’t treated as income, so it isn’t taxed the way a salary or a sale is. Some keep repeating this for decades.

The contrast is brutal. A worker pays tax on every paycheck before seeing a cent. Someone with enough assets can live on borrowed money while their wealth keeps compounding untouched. It carries real risk, and it only works once you own assets worth borrowing against, but that’s the game most people are never taught.

Learn how money really moves, then build a life where your assets work harder than you ever have to.

C¥rse me! – Activist VDM Challenges Pastor Ibiyeomie after he declared that his attackers whom he has c¥rsed are no more

Social media activist VeryDarkMan has criticised the founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, over his remarks about c¥rsing people who trouble him.

Ibiyeomie, speaking during a church programme, claimed that his prayers could render his critics useless, boasting about the power of his tongue.

He said, “ any one who want to trouble me i c¥rse them, you have pen then get tongue. And my tongue is stronger your pen. I know what to pray that the person will be useless for life. Even those who are in political powers, when I pray against them, that’s the end.”

Reacting to the video on his social media page, VeryDarkMan challenged the pastor to identify the people he claimed to have c¥rsed, describing his remarks as an attempt to intimidate critics.

“Call their name. All the social media people that you have c¥rsed, call their name. I dare you to call their name. You are a liar,” he said.

He further challenged Ibiyeomie to direct his alleged spiritual powers at him, saying, “Pray against me. Pray against me. I want you to c¥rse me.”

The activist accused some religious leaders of using fear and manipulation to control worshippers, adding that social media had become a tool for exposing practices that previously went unchallenged.

He also cited Romans 12:14, which instructs Christians to “bless them who persecute you. Bless and not c¥rse,” and Matthew 5:44, where Jesus teaches believers to pray for their enemies.

VeryDarkMan further questioned why pastors who claim to possess spiritual powers to c¥rse their critics did not demonstrate such powers when churches and worshippers faced att@cks.

He also accused some clerics of thre@tening members with misfortune if they failed to pay tithes and offerings.

“Your powers don’t work that time. But when it is time for, ‘Oh, bring tithe,’ you start manipulating people and telling them that if they don’t pay their tithes, their life will be miserable,” he said.

I’m giving you guys credit in assuming you know that you need adequate sleep. The “all I need is 4 hours of sleep” crowd is just trying to speak that falsehood into existence. If you happen to have an extremely odd schedule, or day, short sleep will not set you back. But, as a constant, it’s not going to promote the best environment to train hard or recover.

As for supplements… good old fashioned creatine. My apologies to those who are expecting the newest wheel to be invented. Just execute better with the wheels you have. They’re actually pretty good.

As for motivation. If you asking how to be, you’re just not that guy. That’s not saying you should always on 10. That’s saying that if you need to be on 10 to get the job done, it won’t get done.
