I’m Victoria, and my job sits at the intersection of real estate, risk, and real life. I’m the owner of Greenway Management, a Washington, DC based property management company focused on thoughtful, hands-on care for rental properties. I work with homeowners, investors, and first-time landlords who want clarity, compliance, and a manager who treats their property like it matters.

With a background in engineering, I’m naturally detail-oriented and systems-driven, but real estate is still a people business. I balance numbers, laws, and human behavior every day so my clients do not have to.
