I never wanted to write this. We have to close WTRMELON for now. For two years, I’ve put so much of myself into this brand. My time, my ideas, my emotions. Over time, I built a team who believed in it just as deeply. People who stood beside me through everything, and who are still here. We’re taking this next step together. We wanted to create pieces that said something on the streets. Something that could make a stranger stop you, ask about your shirt and start a conversation. Seeing you wear those stories made all the work feel worth it. Most of you never saw what was happening behind the scenes. Customs problems. Police action. Court proceedings. Thousands of shirts destroyed. Paying to produce them again, then paying to ship them again. We kept the quality. We kept your prices and shipping rates the same. We absorbed the extra cost because we wanted to keep going and honour your trust. But it has become too much. I need time to breathe, think clearly and sit down with my team to decide what comes next. We’ll take that time to consider whether and how we can rebuild. We haven’t decided yet, and I don’t want to promise you an answer we don’t have. Before we step back, we need to clear our remaining stock. Our archive sale opens Sunday, November 8. 8 PM Dubai / 5 PM CET. Up to 40% off. The sale pieces are in stock and ready to dispatch. Once they’re gone, we won’t produce more of them. Still waiting for your β€œFrom the River to the Sea” order? We will fulfil it. Our commitment to you hasn’t changed. To my team: thank you for staying beside me when things became difficult. And to every single one of you, especially those here since day one: thank you. For every order, message, photo and conversation. For telling your friends. For wearing something we poured so much of ourselves into. You gave this brand a place in the world. Whatever we decide next, that will always mean something to me. You really are the best. Thank you for these two years. 🀍

41 DAYS UNTIL PEAK 😩 Set almost two decades after β€˜Part 2’, Denis Villenueve’s β€˜Dune: Part 3’ picks up as Paul Atreides (Chalamet) faces conspiracies surrounding Chani (Zendaya), after he ruthlessly seized control of the Imperium. The stars of the upcoming conclusion to the β€˜Dune’ trilogy, TimothΓ©e Chalamet, Zendaya, and Robert Pattinson shared with The New York Times their thoughts on the ending of the film. Villenueve has also shared that he is β€œabsolutely satisfied” with the conclusion of his series, which is based on the novels of the same name by Frank Herbert. β€˜Dune: Part 3’ hits theaters on December 18th. πŸ“Έ: Warner Bros.

Rotate it, flip it, mirror it, crop it, look at it upside down. The DAST. Think about where the design will actually live. Will it be manipulated in an unexpected way in the real world? A lot of designers have grown used to anticipating all the digital croppings, but then forget about the real world. This is from my new show β€œThe Rundown” with @barnardco that streams every other Tuesday exclusively in his designerrrs community. Gonna go live with a new one tomorrow!
