In an adorable moment caught on camera, a mother elephant walking past a store spotted a tiny hat that seemed perfect for her little one. Using her trunk, she carefully picked up the hat and placed it on her baby, giving the little elephant an unexpectedly cute makeover. After making sure her baby was all dressed up, the mother simply continued walking, as if she had just completed a little shopping trip for her favourite child.

The sweet interaction left viewers charmed by the sight of a mother elephant seemingly choosing an accessory for her baby. While the little one got to enjoy its adorable new look, the mother's gentle actions made the moment even more special. It's these small and amusing encounters that remind us how fascinating animal behaviour can be, especially when it comes to the bond between a mother and her young.

Looks like even in the animal kingdom, mothers can't resist picking out something cute for their little ones.

Not what I was expecting for my Halloween 😭. Cinder was found crying for help in a dumpster by, @bedstuy_cats rushed over with a carrier and brought him straight to @vergbrooklyn. They suspect he has some kind of neurological disease, or potential spinal trauma. But because he was stable, the ER was unable to admit him. So they brought him to me where I was celebrating Halloween at a friends. I will be bringing him to @parkslopevet on Wednesday to hopefully learn exactly what is going on with our little buddy 😭. I love you Cinder!! And so grateful to the many people who had their holiday interrupted by our special guy.

Thank you to @john_t_hollands and @majkahahn for finding him and staying with him until help arrived! And @bedstuy_cats and @ejachimiak for spending your afternoon in the ER and transporting him to me. It takes a village!!
