I’m learning that real leadership isn’t about recognition or outcomes—it’s about how you treat people, how you handle pressure, and the example you set when no one’s watching. Fame, praise, and success can inflate ego if you let them, so I stay grounded by leaning on God for wisdom and direction. He continues to refine my heart and guide my decisions, reminding me that my influence reaches far beyond any scoreboard or spotlight. When challenges come, I trust His guidance. When success comes, I give Him the credit. In the end, I want my name to represent impact and integrity—not what I achieved, but the good I gave.
