D2 PUBLIC SCHOOL CHAMPIONS‼️
Following a historic run that included the program’s first-ever football state title appearance, a local print shop in Dexter is now selling T-shirts that label the football team as the “Division 2 Public School Champions.”
The shirts, designed and printed by Dexter Print and Embroidery @dexterprint , is a reference aimed at the debate over whether public and private schools should compete against each other in state championship games in Michigan.
Five of the eight 11-player state champions this year were private schools, up from three in 2024.
