Well if I was living in an area and decided overnight to dramatically change the neighborhood, I would show up too to dispute this development.

Boomers keeping their value of their real estate, the community would would age without young couple and the value of the real estate will go down. Good luck to them.

L9ng island needs to stop with the rentals and build condos. Let the young people need to be able to buy property,.not just give money for rent
